As a break from making maps (to prevent to get a headache :???: ) i started to try to create an alternate for the HUD interface. That new interface should be a bit more slick (looking like a helmet w/o blocking view too much) and based on a 'soft modification', so just replacing textures w/o altering any ATTRIBUTES etc. So far it works out well, screens below show the (nearley) finished bottom border (numbers should be worked out to be more clearly to read, armor isn't done, so still the same). Feedback welcomed (primarly criticism).

Why haven't you posted about this and your xiDestroy map here in the LDSO forum before, X? You did on Tron-Sector . . . there's no reason why you shouldn't here. :D

Too true, when i started it here, it wasn't ment for public, but now it has 'grown up', i just forgot to put it here into the public as well :D

Update.

Screen (A) shows the new weapon tabs, with one highlighted
Screen (B) also shows a unavailable weapon (due to less energy)

Still some more things to change. So far all done with just exchange textures and w/o doing anything to the attributes files (so this mod would be right now just a texture package).

Have a look here. Right know there is no download available, but an alpha release is planned for the next two weeks.

awesome, it looks better than anything even the game designers made :D i wonder if they know it could look this good :D
