Good Evening..
I was wondering if anyone knows how I can add items to empty archive bins; ie: Permissions and such. I would love to see what I can do if I have all the permissions for each level in Tron 2.0, especially the Prisoner Bin level.
Also, I created a MOD that virtually makes you invisible to all of the enemy AI's within the game, and would like to know how I can upload it please.. thanks!

Well, we don't have an upload feature on this site, and right now TRON-Sector's upload feature isn't working either. But you could get yourself an account at
Filefront and host your stuff there.
Adding items to Archive Bins on existing maps should be possible, even without the source. But you have to use a hex editor on them.
As for what difference having all the permissions on a level would make . . . I'd say, none. There are no hidden secrets or easter eggs. Having all the permissions, won't allow you to enter or find some new area that has anything significant in it.
For example, I get asked a lot about the doors in the fCon mobile server, and if there's anything behind the ones you can't open (since you don't have all the necessary permissions). Well, there's nothing there. If you open the doors, all you'll see is empty space.
All the stuff you can't open or access is just for show.

Thanks for the quick reply...I use FRHED as a HEX Ediorm wich works rather well. Would you happen to know where in HEX editor I would need to add items to archive bins? I am curious to see if I will be able to open the other memory cells in the Prisoner Bin level... thanks again

The thing is, there's really no point to getting all the permissions.
Everything that can be used in a level, has a permission for it. It might take a while to collect them, but once you have them all: anything that was meant to be used, can be used.
Having all the permissions will not open up any new, exciting secrets that you couldn't access before. There are no hidden easter eggs on any of the levels. All the doors or force fields you can't open are "red herrings" and there is nothing special behind them, and sometimes there is only empty space. You might be able to open a door or lower a force field and look at the level from a different viewpoint that you weren't supposed to be able to do, but that's all. (e.g. You can see the details inside the prisoner cells.)
The only reason to have all the permissions is to save you the time and effort of finding them in a level. No other real benefits.
That said, I can look into editing permissions in saved games if you really want. Despite the fact that having them all is pretty useless, for the reasons I already mentioned.
