[LDSO] Tron 2.0 Forum

Ok. Starting a new thread about this because this question isn't directly related to my other thread. Searched as much as I could, and didn't see this addressed anywhere.
I have the Tron Tools with the prefabs, apparently. I even downloaded again to doublecheck. I have Tronfaq's setup batch file, altered to reflect my install path. I even cut out everything but the command that extracts the sample maps .rez file, and the following echo. > "..." commands --- wondering what those lines are supposed to do anyhow??
Here's the thing. The extraction never creates any prefabs folder(s). Nothing. No prefabs available in DEdit. Clearly, I musta done somthing wrong, but I have no idea what. I suppose I could create the Prefabs folder myself, but I have no idea what would go into it .. i can surmise the folders that SHOULD be there from aforementioned .bat file.
Also, I did download the Tron Tools Setup video tutorial and watched it. From what I gather, the prefabs folder should just get made. I saw nothing in there specifically referring to anything I need to do manually for that folder, and all the prefabs, to be there.

Really confused now.
I took a look at ALL the .rez files in my Tron 2.0 install, including the samplemaps .rez, the .res files from the map pack, and the .rez files from K.A. and User Error. I used WinRezLT Studio to look at their contents.
NONE of these .rez files contain any PREFAB folders anywhere I could see. So where exactly does this folder plus subfolders come from? Not to mention the prefabs themselves??

Just drop this into your Tron 2.0/game folder

There were two releases of the tool-package in the past, one w/o, onw w/ the prefabs. It seems you might have the wrong one.

I downloaded the Tron Tools file that was labled as having the prefabs ... again this morning even, just to double check ... huh ... oh well, now got 'em

Did my tools set I linked in that post not have the prefabs either?

Please let me know so that I can reupdate that file if needed.

The Tron toolset on my "All Files" page definitely comes with the prefabs. No ifs, ands, or buts about it.

If anyone downloads from there, they have the version with the prefabs.
