AMD just released a video about their new Radeon 7970 card, and the graphic design in it should look familiar.
I have to laugh about the precise transistor count. Like the engineers know exactly how many transistors there are, when they're using design synthesis software. They don't design chips by hand any more. Though they do tend to hand-tune some parts of the chip. (They couldn't come up with an accurate transistor count for their Bulldozer chips, so what makes this any different?)

So this is what the new MCP looks like!
In a strange way, that tour would make for a nifty Derez map.
Just sayin . . .

AMD's love affair with Tron (and Crysis?) continues . . .
The music, alone, is a rip-off of the Tron Legacy soundtrack.
