Can somebody refresh my memory on something?

Can anybody tell me how to set what programs run on startup when I log in (Windows XP btw)? I remember doing so once but seem to have forgotten now.

If you click Run on the Start menu and type "msconfig", that's the quickest way.

But an even better way is to download and use Autoruns.

I just drag stuff into my "Startup" folder and it seems to work.
