How is the American/Canadian KA server situation lately? I can probably host a server at least on weekends too (from a different line than the TronLink server), so long as I can get a dedicated server running in Linux. I've heard of it being done but haven't tinkered with it yet myself.

I'm the only one hosting KA Mod servers at this time. I do it on weekends (Fri-Sun), because the player traffic under the week is pretty much non-existent. Tron_man used to run a KA server, but I think he's stopped doing it.
I asked Void (EN12-82) if he would host some, and he seemed interested. But he's since shut down all his servers, and I don't know what's happening there.
As for the other server operators, they don't seem to know or realize the mod exists. (The problem is that if they don't visit the fan sites and just leave their servers on auto-pilot, they'll never find out.)
As for Linux, I know that the Tron 2.0 Dedicated Server can be run successfully under WINE. I've also heard of it being done.
