Impressive title made using same game engine as TRON 2.0

I recently found out about a game that was released in 2004, only a year after TRON 2.0. What's amazing about it, is how good it looks. I mean, it even looks pretty good by today's standards. (Except for the character models, which give away its age.)
Watching that video, you'd be forgiven for thinking it's a much more recent title. I'm amazed at what these guys were able to pull off with the old Lithtech Jupiter engine. Though, to be honest, the engine was actually pretty advanced for its time. Monolith had managed to catch up with their competitors.
At least, for a while. Then, after FEAR, they fell behind again.
I've got to see if I can get my hands on this title, somehow.
